How can I protect my face when skiing?

The mountains are a tough environment for your skin. Not just because you're at altitude and closer to the sun but also because UV reflects off snow so you get hit twice by damaging UV rays. How can I protect my skin when doing watersports?

Being on the water can wreak havoc on your skin. Variable temperatures, strong wind, high or low humidity, perspiration from exercise and extreme UV are all a recipe for skin damage, a dry skin-barrier, soreness, itchiness, redness and cracking. How do I know which moisturiser is right for me?

We recommend using an SPF moisturiser during the day, every day. Put it on every morning when you're brushing your teeth. That gives you moisturised skin AND protection at the same time. Everyday skin damage can help be prevented by using an SPF moisturiser. At night, post shave or for moisture recovery, our Daily Repair Moisturiser is the answer. Where do you ship to?

We ship to the UK and Channel Islands using a Royal Mail tracked service and internationally using a selection of couriers (DPD, UPS, Fedex).

When will I get my order?

We try to get every order out the same day up until 4pm during the week. From then, please allow 2-3 business days for your order to arrive (UK) or up to 14 working days for international orders.

Who will be delivering my order and is there tracking?

We use a tracked service for nearly all of our deliveries. You will get an email from us when your order has been despatched which will include the tracking details.

What if I'm not in when my order is delivered?

The majority of our products fit through the average letter box. In the event your order doesn't, the courier will leave a card letting you know they tried to deliver and what the next step is (either your order was left in a safe place or it has been returned to your local sorting office where it can either be collected, or a redelivery booked).
