We try to get every order out the same day up until 4pm during the week. From then, please allow 2-3 business days for your order to arrive.

We use a tracked service for nearly all of our deliveries. You will get an email from us when your order has been despatched which will include the tracking details.

The majority of our products fit through the average letter box. In the event your order doesn't, Royal Mail will leave a card letting you know they tried to deliver and what the next step is (either your order was left in a safe place or it has been returned to your local sorting office where it can either be collected, or a redelivery booked).

All of our products are clinically and dermatologically tested and approved for use on sensitive skin and are suitable for all skin types. If you have any questions about specific ingredients, please just give us a shout.
