Return and refund policy
Something's not right? We'll sort it.
Delivery error, faulty product, damage: get in touch. We'll make it right. That goes for skincare too.
We can't take skincare back once it's been opened due to hygiene reasons. But if there's a fault with the product, that's a different matter. We'll always fix a genuine issue.
Clothing is more forgiving. Not 100% happy? We'll exchange it or give you your money back. Try it on, see how it fits. Just send it back in perfect condition.
How returns work
You've got 30 days from delivery. Here's the process:
- Head to the returns portal and make your choices - it only takes a few minutes
- We'll email you a Royal Mail label
- Drop your parcel at any Royal Mail drop-off point
- We'll inspect it within 24 hours of receiving it
- Refund or exchange processed and you'll hear from us
Returns cost £3.99, deducted from your refund. If your item arrived faulty or there was a delivery error, we cover it.
Items need to come back in their original condition. If something arrives back damaged or worn, we won't be able to process the refund.
Refunds
We inspect and process returns within 24 hours of receiving them. You'll hear from us as soon as it's done.

Exchanges
Yes, as long as we have what you need in stock. Use the same returns portal and we'll sort it.
