    This product has made long distance running far more enjoyable for me

    I have always struggled with chafing on long runs, I have used several products through out the years which have helped but have not prevented chafing leaving me uncomfortable. Lifejacket is the first product that’s completely stopped chafing for me, I recently ran a 70km ultramarathon, the longest distance I’ve ever covered and I used Lifejacket before and during the race. I had no chafing whatsoever. A magic product, have recommended to all running friends.

    Anti chafe bar

    As I get older suffer badly from dry skin, cracked hands etc especially in the Winter. This has been the most effective product I've come across to combat it.

    Goodbye to Thigh Chafe

MEET BILLY, JONO AND ROB.

Our story began with personal setback. We were three healthy young men, who thought we were indestructible. But then, several of our friends – all healthy and in their thirties, like us – were hit by cancer. One of them was Jono, our co-founder.

This inspired us to set-up LifeJacket with the single vision of halting the increase in skin cancer - THE world’s most common cancer and, unlike other cancers, one that’s 90% preventable. In the UK, rates have doubled since the 90s and they’re forecast to double again over the next 20 years.

LifeJacket is a positive brand inspiring people who love to be outdoors to use our kit, protect their skin and keep doing what they love. We believe in everyday protection as the best means of achieving long-term skin health and well-being.

Developed and made in the UK with industry experts, our high performance skincare and UPF 50+ apparel is stress-tested by everyday folk (like us), professional athletes, Olympians, military personnel and our team of brand ambassadors.

COMMON QUESTIONS.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to the UK and Channel Islands using a Royal Mail tracked service and internationally using a selection of couriers (DPD, UPS, Fedex).

When will I get my order?

We try to get every order out the same day up until 4pm during the week. From then, please allow 2-3 business days for your order to arrive (UK) or up to 14 working days for international orders.

Who will be delivering my order and is there tracking?

We use a tracked service for nearly all of our deliveries. You will get an email from us when your order has been despatched which will include the tracking details.

What if I'm not in when my order is delivered?

The majority of our products fit through the average letter box. In the event your order doesn't, Royal Mail will leave a card letting you know they tried to deliver and what the next step is (either your order was left in a safe place or it has been returned to your local sorting office where it can either be collected, or a redelivery booked).

I haven't received my order yet, what should I do?

If 3 business days have passed since you placed your order and you still haven't received it, give us a shout and we will get it resolved.

How will my order be packed?

We will combine all items of your order to be packed as efficiently as possible. All the cardboard we use is FSC certified and all of our packaging is fully recyclable and/or compostable.

Is this product suitable for my skin?

All of our products are clinically and dermatologically tested and approved for use on sensitive skin and are suitable for all skin types. If you have any questions about specific ingredients, please just give us a shout.

Is this product cruelty free and vegan friendly?

Yes, it sure is.

Where is this product made?

All of our cosmetic products are formulated, tested, manufactured and filled here in the UK.

Can I return the product if I don't like it?

If the product has not been opened, you can certainly return it and we will issue a full refund. Unfortunately we aren't able to accept returns of products that have been opened and used, but if this is the case do get in touch and we will see what we can do to avoid any hard feelings.

What is the LifeJacket mission?

Our mission is to halt the increase in skin cancer, which has doubled in the past 20 years and is forecast to double again over the next 20. We want everyone to be outside, doing what they love while makingg sure your skin's short and long term health is protected every single day.
