    Great protection in all climates

    Went on holiday to the Artic in January and brought my sun stick to protect myself against chapped lips. We did lots of outdoor activities in temperatures down to -16oC (-22 with windchill) without so much of a hint of a dry lip between us. I found it easy to use - its slightly larger size/oblong shape means its easier to find in your pockets and to grip when your fingers are cold. It doesn't sting or smell when applied and stays put on my lips even when exercising heavily. I say we because my wife started using it soon after we arrived, claiming it was better than her lip protection. I suppose adoption is the ultimate approval .

    A perfect ski jacket pocket companion, we all found the Mineral Sun Stick really easy to use, even with gloves on. It didn’t feel greasy or cloying on the skin and none of us are sun burnt after a week in the high Alps. So that’s a win! Will buy more in future.

    Smart little stick

    I have been using the mineral sun stick for around 6 months now for a patch of skin that is sensitive to the sun. Really pleased with the result apart from being pretty much a sun block the stick appears to be a really good moisturiser and my skin is much improved. Really pleased with this product

    Great product tiny volume

    Works great but the stick is tiny and the block inside the stick is even smaller. The cost isn’t worth it for something that would have to be purchased monthly as an outdoor swimmer.

MEET BILLY, JONO AND ROB.

Our story began with personal setback. We were three healthy young men, who thought we were indestructible. But then, several of our friends – all healthy and in their thirties, like us – were hit by cancer. One of them was Jono, our co-founder.

This inspired us to set-up LifeJacket with the single vision of halting the increase in skin cancer - THE world’s most common cancer and, unlike other cancers, one that’s 90% preventable. In the UK, rates have doubled since the 90s and they’re forecast to double again over the next 20 years.

LifeJacket is a positive brand inspiring people who love to be outdoors to use our kit, protect their skin and keep doing what they love. We believe in everyday protection as the best means of achieving long-term skin health and well-being.

Developed and made in the UK with industry experts, our high performance skincare and UPF 50+ apparel is stress-tested by everyday folk (like us), professional athletes, Olympians, military personnel and our team of brand ambassadors.

COMMON QUESTIONS.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to the UK and Channel Islands using a Royal Mail tracked service and internationally using a selection of couriers (DPD, UPS, Fedex).

When will I get my order?

We try to get every order out the same day up until 4pm during the week. From then, please allow 2-3 business days for your order to arrive (UK) or up to 14 working days for international orders.

Who will be delivering my order and is there tracking?

We use a tracked service for nearly all of our deliveries. You will get an email from us when your order has been despatched which will include the tracking details.

What if I'm not in when my order is delivered?

The majority of our products fit through the average letter box. In the event your order doesn't, Royal Mail will leave a card letting you know they tried to deliver and what the next step is (either your order was left in a safe place or it has been returned to your local sorting office where it can either be collected, or a redelivery booked).

I haven't received my order yet, what should I do?

If 3 business days have passed since you placed your order and you still haven't received it, give us a shout and we will get it resolved.

What is an SPF 50+ sun stick?

Our SPF 50+ stick is a type of sunscreen that comes in a solid, stick form. It offers very high protection against harmful UV rays.

Sunscreen on a stick is convenient, portable and easy to apply, especially on hard-to-reach areas. It’s also less messy and less likely to leak, making it perfect for travel.

Can I use the SPF 50+ stick on my face, especially if I have sensitive skin?

Yes, our SPF 50+ sun stick is designed for use on both the face and body.

It’s formulated to be gentle on sensitive skin while providing effective skin protection. Often, people with very sensitive skin find mineral sunscreens don't irritate their skin and this product uses 100% mineral UV filters.

In fact, all of our products are clinically and dermatologically tested and approved for use on sensitive skin and are suitable for all skin types.

Is the SPF 50+ stick water-resistant?

Yes, our SPF 50+ sun stick is a 100% mineral sunscreen, designed to be water-resistant, making it perfect for outdoor activities.

We encourage people to re-apply every 2-3 hours, especially after towelling, swimming or sweating.

Can I return the product if I don't like it?

If the product has not been opened, you can certainly return it and we will issue a full refund. Unfortunately we aren't able to accept returns of products that have been opened and used, but if this is the case do get in touch and we will see what we can do to avoid any hard feelings.

What is the LifeJacket mission?

Our mission is to halt the increase in skin cancer, which has doubled in the past 20 years and is forecast to double again over the next 20. We want everyone to be outside, doing what they love while makingg sure your skin's short and long term health is protected every single day.
