This journal is a home for our thoughts, frustrations and ideas.
We hope to demystify skincare, declutter the noise and destroy any social impediment to men taking care of their skin.
There will be a bias towards skin protection and how we all should, and need to, look after our skin every day. UV exposure is higher in spring and summer but still present year-round, so daily protection is a smart long-term habit for healthy skin.
However, we may well stray into other subjects that interest us like health and fitness.
